My local AMC theater does classic movie nights every week or so, so I went to the 7:30 showing of Space Jam at the AMC Waterfront 22 and filmed the very end of the digital print. NOTE THAT THIS IS NOT A 35MM PRINT, THIS IS A DIGITAL DCP.

Was sifting through some dusty old VHS tapes and found a TDK-branded one with this recorded on it. Pretty cool. Based on that screen bug, this appears to have been sourced from 2004-ish.
Also, duh, this is fake. Cant you tell Im having way too much fun with the AviSynth VHS filter??
