Request Playthrough | Finale: Fight for the Natural Order

NOTE: This and Part 38 were one whole video. Due to length, this is split into two parts.
It's come to this now. With everyone accounted for, the final battle is here.
But before that, we continue our journey. Here however, we try to find a way out and that means using Digi-Attacks on a sleep version of Belphemon. Eventually after escaping the maze, we find Nanimon... and a Belphemon Sleep Mode. It's also a two phase fight. After taking out Sleep Mode, he emerges as Reaper Mode. Same strategy applies. Once you deal enough damage, Merukimon shows up to assist. After the fight, everyone escapes. And we're on Ceresmon. We're above Chronomon and the final battle is here.
We confront Chronomon who is ready to unleash devastation across all reality. So now it's final boss time. But it begins with Chronomon stripping our ability to use Cross-Arts. He also starts the battle with massive buffs so all you can do is damage it as much as possible. It's also here where much of the Olympus XII will assist us. Just attack while they unleash their powerful skills. Once you deal enough damage, we get a cutscene of the three. King Drasil, Homeros & Kunlun decide to offer a special exception for us. Essentially the Royal Knights have arrived. Remember them? They come in and unleash their strongest attacks on Chronomon. With all that damage, Chronomon's barrier falls.
With his barrier gone, now we can raise hell upon him. But as you do, he'll unleash Confusion unto Despair. Some of the Olympus XII fall and more members take their place. You just need to keep attacking. Then Plutomon and Junomon arrive to help. But if you deal enough damage, he'll do another Confusion unto Despair. Then he unleashes a Chrono Devolution. Essentially our digimon de-digivolve. But as things get bad, Aegiomon is still determined to move forward, no matter the cost. Apollomon and Dianamon appear. It's here Chronomon becomes Destroy Mode. Just attack until Aegiomon unleashes a prayer that will let us digivolve. Keep attacking until your digimon are back to their normal form.
Eventually he'll unleash Loathsome Fate. Apollomon and Dianamon block the blast but then Ceresmon and Merukimon arrive to deliver a serious blow. They then offer their power too. And it's here Merukimon becomes Mervamon. Use Cross-Arts soon after to deliver the final blow and that's it.
Agent Dan along with the Olympus XII unleash a blast that damages Chronomon. Dan and Aegiomon become Jupitermon and deliver the finishing blow. Chronomon is defeated. As it dies, it says that it is finally free. But with the Keeper of Time gone, someone has to take its place. If nothing is done, everything will end. Inori doesn't want him to leave but Jupitermon tells her that he has to be the new Keeper. Despite knowing the consequences, he plans to become the Keeper. But he promises that he'll always be by her side. Jupitermon separates. Aegiomon tells Agent Dan that he'll handle it, ensuring that the gate doesn't open and everything Inori lost will be back to normal. So he lets Agent Dan return back, asking to watch over her. As he states that Dan is the other me.
In a new timeline, one where the gate never opens, Inori is with her younger brother Yuu. They see Dan but Inori knows that it's him and she smiles. In a post-credits scene, the Olympus XII are gathered. Led by Jupitermon, they vow to protect Iliad's peace now and forevermore.
This completes Digimon Story: Time Stranger. But our work is far from done. See you in the post-game because there's still much that we need to do.
