This is almost the same thing as S6-N except it uses cannon fodders instead of doom. If you play S6 without using any fodders or dooms, you will be 2 cobs short because the sequence will require 26 cobs. To save these 2 cobs, S6-N uses doom+jala which is equivalent to 2 cobs while this solution simply uses PPDD quad fodder instead of PPSSDD which is much more efficient than using doom.
Overall, this solution is significantly easier because of this but that doesn't mean this solution is easy. The quad fodder is difficult to play harmlessly and you need really good hand speed to place all of them fast enough. Ch6 is much easier and the preferred solution but this solution works equally as well.

15 flags of a level 9 setup is pretty difficult but nothing absolutely extraordinary. There are other players who could also complete this if they wanted to because this solution is rather consistent.
