The initial climbing position is quite precise. The right of Link's right foot needs to be just touching the diagonal seam on the floor. When you climb right 5 times, target the whole time so you don't accidentally target the skulltula. Bait him so he is facing you so you kill him when you shield drop. (If you don't kill him your position will be wrong) Backwards sidehop and release everything. Angle change, target and backflip. Don't forget to quickspin at the end.
