I've got a single malt scotch whisky from the Oban distillery in the Highlands today. This is the Diageo 2023 Special Release edition. It's an 11-year-old that's been finished in Caribbean pot still rum casks. Interesting stuff. I'll taste it and give you my thoughts. Cheers!
