Lost on the brutal Eastern Front, German soldier Max refuses to accept defeat.

Separated from his unit and surviving only with an aging comrade at his side, Max pushes forward through the frozen wilderness fueled by determination, desperation, and a steady supply of military-issued methamphetamine pills.

But as the dosage increases and reality begins to fracture, memories of his past, visions of home, and the horrors of war collide. Haunted by guilt and pursued by an ominous presence, Max must confront what remains of his humanity before his journey reaches its inevitable end.
