This was done 'early' last month by TJ ( youtube.com/watch?v=Sw9sqHfPfsw ), however, that required spawning the ship and slamming the switch. However, this method bypasses both of those requirements.
By using 'Spawn Snag' (as it's now called), you can grab a lot of GBs using TBS to reach areas whilst deloaded. The unfortunate drawback: The camera has to remain locked on the Tag Barrel or instrument camera for the entire time.
For this GB specifically, we use an out of bounds section to get tag barrel storage in the main area (although this could be done elsewhere to be honest), and then use that to grab the GB (which resides next to Snide's hut for the entire time until you load the area.
