Yep. That's right..
There is now an editor for Diddy Kong Racing.

Please note, the ROM is not sadly expended, so if someone wanted to expand the hub world for like trying to match the beta version as possible, you probably still couldn't. :/

Credit mainly to Subdrag for the editor and some special thanks to people who helped him for the editor.
I also am helping to find some bugs too I think. :)
