Did you know, in the 1991 Disney film The Rocketeer, Howard Hughes was the inventor of the rocket pack. However, in the original comic book the film was based on, a man who goes by the name of Jonas had it built and hires Cliff Secord to continue on as The Rocketeer. While the comic doesn’t state it out right, it’s strongly hinted at that Jonas is actually The Shadow, making the him directly responsible for the Rocketeer.
