Wastewater-based epidemiology (WBE) and Droplet Digital™ PCR (ddPCR™) have proven capable tools for longitudinal analysis of severe acute respiratory syndrome coronavirus 2 (SARS-CoV-2) and human monkeypox virus (hMPXV). Here we show how these same methods can be used to monitor RSV at the community level.
