After secret of the mimic came out a lot of people started taking longer looks at William and Henry and tried to figure out exactly how they fit into the story anymore. Did they make anything? Did Edwin create all of the animatronics? Well, I don't think so, I think the new lore SOTM gave us is a lot closer to the story of Five Nights at Freddy's we all know and love.
