Did the Ancient Egyptians Know the English Foot? | TheGreatPyramidAIP

I wrote a paper on Academia recently ("Giza Shaft Connected to Plateau
Monuments by Even 100’ Distances”) which tangentially led to the conclusion that the ancient Egyptians knew the British foot. Several profound academics who specialized in metrology weighed in and said that the ancient Egyptians did not know the foot. I didn't really argue much, because I wasn't out to prove that the ancient Egyptians knew the foot, simply that I found a bunch of even 100 feet distances from various Giza monuments to the Holy Shaft which I had discovered (see many previous videos).
So when I found the rectangular cutting that is showcased in this video, I can honestly say I hadn't been looking for some way to confirm that the Egyptians knew the foot. But I really think this rectangular cutting I found near the Khafre Pyramid and Temple at Giza does show that at least the ancient Egyptian sages knew the foot. It is really a profound discovery if it is indeed what I claim it is. What I think it is.
I'm sure many will disagree. That's fine. We simply disagree. In my mind this is the way the ancient Egyptians revealed all kinds of mathematical, geometric, physical, religious and symbolic knowledge.
But I would be interested for any comments from honest viewers. As always I hope the haters can take a chill, or try to communicate your dislike in a manner that invites dialogue.
