Josiah Armijo was an armed Private Security Guard was allegedly involved in a fatal shooting at a Spirt of Halloween Store in October while on duty. He was charged with 2nd degree murder. Video has surfaced that seems to suggest that the private liability policy he possessed for legal protection should such an incident occur did not cover his council. Today we set the record straight.
