There are people with different motives who are teaching that the apostle Paul preached a different gospel than what was preached by Jesus. They would have you to believe that Paul created a new religion that was not taught by Jesus. Are they right? Does the Bible support this? If so, what are the implications?
Those of the Hebrew Roots Movement hate Paul because he taught that Christ was the end of the law and there is no more need to observe holy days, feasts, new moons, etc. The hyper-dispensationalists say that Paul taught a different gospel but that it is totally okay because people were saved differently under the Mosaic Law and in Jesus' day. And John MacArthur muddied the waters with his book supporting "lordship salvation" entitled "The Gospel According to Jesus."
