When you see me stalling on the ledge or hopping around the platforms during these matches against top tiers, I'm partly trying to force a reaction that will allow me to climb up safely -- a lot of opponents just sit or shield at ledge, preparing to react to your getup option, like this Palutena who clearly makes a habit of empty-hopping as if to do B-Air -- and partly hoping to make the match just as very very fun for them as it is for me.
