One of Batman's most iconic stories has finally been brought to life in animation with Batman: Knightfall Part 1. But adapting a story as legendary as Knightfall is no easy task.

In this review, I break down Batman: Knightfall Part 1, including how well DC Animation captures the original story, the portrayal of Batman and Bane, the biggest changes from the comics, the action, animation, and whether this adaptation lives up to the legacy of one of Batman's most famous storylines.

Knightfall is one of the defining Batman stories of all time, so naturally I had some pretty high expectations going into this movie. So did DC Animation actually do it justice or does this adaptation fall short of the original?
