Alyssa Thomas' controversial foul committed on Caitlin Clark was retroactively upgraded to a Flagrant 2 foul, which led to a suspension. To nobody's surprise, her coach came to her defense. “I’m disappointed with the suspension process by our league and our leaders in the W,” Tibbetts said. “This was not a thorough investigation, in my opinion. The people involved were not questioned at all.”
While Coach Tibbetts may be upset with the decision, Annie Costabile believes it was justified to suspend Thomas and she explains why. She also leans in on WNBA officiating on the whole, as well as some of last nights games!
