Why is it rare you asked? Just like the Sonic Christmas Blast one, just watch the NCircle logo, however, it's more rarer than that. Also, the DVD is printed before the NCircle print of Sonic Christmas Blast, making it one of the first DVDs to ever use the animated NCircle logo.
