The 4th task for Oasis Restoration event you have to locate Diana the Cat and have a drink with her. You will need a catspeak amulet and a cup of tea. She can be found inside Senntisten. The easiest way to get there is to teleport to the dig site using the Archeology journal and then run north to the ancient door. Once inside, run south to the cathedral and then west down the stairs and to the left of the stairs around the corner. She will not appear as a yellow dot on your mini-map.
