When a clever and brave young boy named Owen (Luke Benward) stumbles upon a stray Golden Retriever, he thinks he's just found a new best friend. Little does he know, this furry companion is carrying a collar full of stolen, multimillion-dollar diamonds! Hot on the dog's trail are a pair of clumsy, bumbling thieves (hilariously played by French Stewart and Kelly Perine) who will stop at nothing to get their loot back. To protect his new pup, Owen sets up a series of brilliant, Home Alone-style booby traps in his secret forest fort.
