In this video, we dial in Amazon's best selling espresso bean: Lavazza Super Crema. We dial in using a MiiCoffee DF54 stepless grinder, and HiBrew H10A espresso machine, and a Timemore scale. The key to dialing in is finding the right grind size, and aiming to reach a ballpark ratio in a ballpark time. Generally, this is a 1:2 ratio of coffee beans in to liquid out, in 25-35 seconds.
