About once a year I need to take my wife's beloved heat press apart and repair something. This year, I decided to replace all the fiddly electronics. This is what I've learned. Use proper precautions and modify your heat press at your own risk.

Note: although I said I wouldn't talk you through repairing the circuit board, you may want to consider checking the red thermal fuse on the board to make sure it's not blown.
