Hello Enthusiasts,
My take on the least frustrating way to farm your first major item. Or in my case, how to farm all your items.

Farming Order:
Nihlathak (Key of Destruction)
Countess (Key of Terror)
Andariel (Twisted Essence of Suffering)
Summoner (Key of Hate)
Mephisto (Charged Essence of Hatred)
Diablo (Burning Essence of Terror)
Baal (Festering Essence of Destruction)

Skip various bosses depending on character strengths and weaknesses/preferences.

Fairly common method, but I still think it warrants discussion (particularly compared to the "Run Mephisto until your eyes bleed" method.
