The updated version of Tal Rasha using Archon + Meteors. This build heavily relies on cooldown reduction and elemental rotation. Id say 53% CDR is the bare minimum to make it work properly, because archon stacks last only 20 seconds.

This is the updated version of Tal Rasha for the patch 2.7.4. This set now auto-casts meteors that no longer have internal cooldown. Resistances to all elements have also been raised from 25% to 50%
This is just some weird, but fun build to test out. Maybe it will perform even better with an Angelic buff from S27.
