This is the level design for DHF Stadium, a floating arena located high in the sky. For the snow version it takes place in what appears to be a very gloomy world.
This was taken using a glitch in the replay system. In player view, follow a car that gets blown up, and then pause when the followed car blows up. You can now fly anywhere.
