1/2 kg chicken breast

Masala:
1 tbsp black pepper
1 tbsp coriander seeds
1 tsp fennel seeds

To sautee in ghee:
3 cloves
2 cardamom
1 tsp fennel seeds
1 cinnamon
5 dried red chillies
curry leaves
1/2 cup shallots
1 tbsp ginger garlic paste
1 tomato
1/tsp turmeric
ghee
salt
