Setzer- remove c58. Need 108s and Mighty Red Card arts. Also needs 15cp passive and Ifrit Initial Attack passive.
Freya/Relm remove most of their passives. Just keep their c50, and Relm's All Buffed Attack Boost. Then you need 3x of their c50 artifacts, but perhaps less works. Shiva summon of course to give Setzer first action.
