In this fight, you can see the problem with Snow's damage. Even though he is hitting 9999x 4 with skill 2 under both leo's ST debuff and Ice weakness, it being only 120% overflow is a lot of leaked BRV. In that sense, skill 2 is more of a healing/ex recast tool rather than a damage tool.
Speaking of his EX, without heavy external buffs it doesn't actually hit that hard.
