With every GrafanaCon a new major release of Grafana is presented.
Better looking Metrics yay!

Alongside with Grafana a new Logging system called Loki which is very lightweight, easy and cheap to run yourself has been getting more adept since it was presented early on Dec 2018. Having taken off properly this year, adoption has increased significantly adding a new tool to help to monitor applications and infrastructure

Grafana 7 has, very gracefully, unified the 3 main UIs of the Observability pillars that engineers use to debug and monitor their applications - giving a single glance rich vision of the application and infrastructure telemetry.
