also i think that the song is cursed cause whenever i try to edit this one file even if i make a new one with a different program or a different name, it will become very very VERY laggy and crash heaps D:
so it was odd trying to edit this one part that just wouldnt work for some reason, but thankfully i found a new way and hopefully its a bit better !!
Also these characters are actually from 2015!
Smokepelt (fluffy dark grey cat) and Specklefoot (lighter grey cat) are from that year and Thistlepatch (cat with different colours) is a newer cat from this year!
Basically Thistlepatch the medicine cat accidently killed some kittens who had been under Badgerstar's reign a few months ago, they were killed (yes) in battle.
Thistlepatch ran away because of all the guilt from hiding these kits from everyone else until the two cats found her trying to heal them again.
Smokepelt ended up crying cause Thistlepatch was a good friend to him and was gone from his life now.

The backstory behind this is that Hickorypaw despises most of her family cause all of their siblings went off to become kittypets (one became a loner later on) n her father has a lots of mates in a bunch of other clans so he left the family early on. Hickorypaw follows the warrior code very strongly and was very furious at them all for disobeying the clan, so she stayed behind to look after her mother Honeystalk alone.
Honeystalk is good friends with the medicine cat Ferretfrost (the greyish cat with teal fluff) who was well known in the clan for being grumpy, impatient and mysterious. Ferretfrost quickly gained a liking to Hickorypaw and offered to teach them how to be a better warrior with using special fighting moves that only the most powerful of warrior cats do.
But at the same time, Ferretfrost was also recruiting other ambitious apprentices to learn the same important training skills (these fighting moves were banned) once every 2 moons with a secret plot to kill the leader Ospreystar.
So in this scene, it shows Hickorypaw (then later Hickorysong) taking food to Ferretfrost so they can show her how to fight better.
