Zeus presents 'Devil's Temple - Son of Kung-Fu' on the Amiga A1200, a terrific homebrew sequel to the original Kung-Fu Master arcade game.
Year of release: 2022
So the story goes, three years after Thomas defeated X at the Devil's Temple in the original 1984 arcade game, X has once again resurrected his evil army of thugs and kidnapped Lena.
You take the role of Tommy (the Son of the Kung-Fu Master) and make your way through 10 stages on your way to the final destination The Devil's Temple where Lena is being held hostage.
This really is a great game, colourful graphics, great playability and a pumping soundtrack, if however (like myself) you are using the floppy disk version on real hardware then sadly the joy of the game is totally ruined, it only allows 1 external disk drive (3 disks with only 2 drives available) which ruined the whole experience for me, the endless disk swapping go to the point it was almost unbearable, for example the game asked me to swap disks 7 times just to load stage 9, I almost turned the machine off because of it, if however you can play it from the hard drive with no swapping at all then It's a great game.
I have used the infy energy and time trainer so you can see the whole game recorded from real hardware.
