Another excellent winter hike on Minnesota's North Shore! The Devil's Kettle Trail is located within the Judge C.R. Magney State Park halfway between Grand Marais and Grand Portage, MN. The hike to the falls is just a one mile hike from the trailhead and offers views to a lower and main upper waterfall. If you are planning on hiking here in winter make sure you have ice cleats as there is long steep staircase leading to the falls just over half way in!
