Originally formed under the name of MANDATORY back in 90, a band called EMERALD was given birth after Johnny (ex DECAMERON, ODERU) and Anders (ex NECROFEAST) gathered forces and skipped the gore themes formerly approached in their prior lyrics to a more thoughtful mystical concept. Eventually, Robert (ex ODERU) added the epic feeling with his keyboards in 94. Then, the name of GRIEF OF EMERALD became more fitting to the bands improved style. Drummer Dennis filled in to smash the skins and this line-up completed a demo, entitled The Beginning which resulted on CD on the Scottish label DEVIATION/SPELLCAST. In September 96 the band went on recording their debut full-length album Signs of a stormy past which, due to some delays, never saw the light of the day. Then followed the departure of Dennis who quickly got replaced by a new ultra-tight beat master: Fredrik.
GRIEF OF EMERALD signed a multi-album deal with LISTENABLE. They re-recorded the album with this new line-up, and increased the power by adding some new intricate songs. By their boasting harmonies with haunting keyboards, tight double-bass drumming backed by a thick guitar sound and haunting vocals, plus superb packaging, GRIEF OF EMERALD strayed away from the usual light-sounding Scandinavian black/death metal .And with this original sound recorded: Nightspawn (1998) Malformed seed (2000) Christian Termination (2002). Examples of Shows GOE have done and bands they have played with are: Wave Gothic treffen in Germany (Leipzig) and the Party San Open Air Festival (also Germany) Gigs with IMMORTAL, MARDUK, NECROPHOBIC, DEFLESHED, Christ Crushing Tour with SKYFORGER, SEAR BLISS, BESTIAL MOCKERY, OBTEST.
After the last tour (Christ Crushing Tour) Grief of Emerald was confronted with line up problems ones again when the bass player and the guitarist left the band. The band fell into a slumber as they tried to find competent musicians to work with, some local shows where done to try out new members but not until 2008 the line up was complete again and the plans of a new record was spawned. A demo called ”Holocaust” was made as well as some live shows around Sweden to attract record companies and after careful consideration a deal was made with NON SERVIAN RECORDS(NSR).

From the Vastland started out as a one man project fronted by the multi talented musician Sina. In late 2010, From the Vastland rised from the ashes of the Iraninan black metal band Sorg Innkallelse (a band with 10 album releases in 6 years). The first album of From The Vastland released in 2011, it was named DARKNESS Vs. LIGHT,THE PERPETUAL BATTLE. The album was influenced by Persian history and mythology and this image remains with the band to this day - ancient, epic stories of good and evil, myths and legends combined with atmospheric, blast-beating, Old school black metal with a slight touch of Oriental influences. In 2013 From the Vastland signed with the Norwegian label Indie Recordings and released the second full length album KAMARIKAN in March, followed by a live performance at the Inferno Festival in Oslo the same year. Frontman Sina was joined on stage by well known musicians such as Vegar Vyl Larsen ( Keep of Kalessin / Gorgoroth-live ), AndrÈ Tjalve Kvebek ( 1349 / Pantheon I / Den Saakaldte ) and Thor Anders Destruchtor Myhren ( Morbid Angel / Myrkskog ). After the release of KAMARIKAN, From the Vastland also nominated for the Global Metal Award as a part of MetalHammer¥s Golden Gods Award 2014.
The third album of the band recorded in the legendary Skansen Lydstudio in Trondheim, Norway in January 2014. Vegar Vyl Larsen and AndrÈ Tjalve Kvebek contributed with the drums and bass while Sina composed the songs and laid down all the vocals and guitar tracks. He was joined by Terje Olsen ( Chton / Khonsu ) as a guest vocalist for backing vocals of the album.The third full length album by From the Vastland will be released by Non Serviam Records during the autumn of 2014 and the epic saga continues...

SAILLE
The band name is drawn from Saille (ᚄ), the fourth letter of the Ogham alphabet, meaning willow and related to the Latin word salix (meaning grey, dirt). It is pronounced as [sahl-yeh].
Since their inception in 2009, SAILLE has spread epic black metal, fused with symphonic arrangements. They built a firm reputation with impressive live performances on festivals all over Europe.
Originally founded in Belgium, SAILLE now consists 100% of members from The Netherlands. By creating their own niche in the extreme metal realm, SAILLE gained notoriety by using real classical- and rare instruments for recordings (and occasionally live as well) on their early works.
SAILLE has released six acclaimed full albums to date. With every song sounding unique and full of riffs, savage drumming, thunderous bass and excellent vocals. Each album is a concept album, lyrically dealing with ‘The fearful, the uncanny and the weird’.
For their 6th album, entitled Forebode, the band aimed for the original sound and artwork of their first three albums, albeit with the production of the current times.
Besides 4 entirely new tracks and a completely re-recorded version of their live favourite ‘Haunter of the Dark ’, the album contains an extended and remixed version of ‘Eater of Worlds’ with additional classical instruments and 3 live-tracks with a violinist.

Kybalion was born in 2022 as a black metal studio project hailing from Italy, to be later developed into a full band in 2023.
The concept behind Kybalion is visual, gut-striking. The imagery is a suggestion, a gloomy memory, the grotesque progenie of a Conscience that grew too fast in us, and now longs for extinction. There is no hope for colors and light. Only a smokey, dissonant darkness.
Kybalion’s music consists in modern black metal, its atmosphere dark and gloomy as noir/weird old movies that contribute to the band’s imagery, sparkled with occasional d-beats, rotten melodies and frantic riffs.
The band’s lyrics and imagery are rooted in philosophical movements such as Absurdism, Cosmic Pessimism, Futurism.
