This was made by me as a way to test out how Psych stuff works but due to that it came out as a really complete mod folder mod so I figured that I might as well upload this to Gamebanana lol.
Besides, this might reappear in a future mod but seeing as this is the first thing done for it it might take a while to come out so I'm just gonna drop this.
