Development & Use of Supervisor Practices in Reflective Supervision

This informational video introduces the Supervisor Practices in Reflective Supervision–Home Visiting, or SuPRS–HV, a new measure of reflective supervision in home visiting. SuPRS–HV is based on a multiyear study and active engagement with home visitors, home visiting supervisors, model representatives, researchers, and evaluators. The SuPRS–HV will help build evidence for reflective supervision and inform practice. The video describes the measure development process, suggested uses of the measure in research and practices, and resources to guide use of the measure.
