Today I am sharing something I shared with a class I lead recently on the topic of forgiveness.

This is a three-step process for what I believe can be of great value to you when you think about adopting necessary spiritual disciplines in your life.

Maybe it's not forgiveness you wrestle with. Perhaps it joylessness, prayer, fasting, confession and repentance, or something else! Whatever it is, looking at it in these "stages" might help reduce the feeling of angst on your spiritual maturity journey!
