In 2 Corinthians 13:14, Paul speaks of “the communion of the Holy Spirit.” The Greek word is koinōnia—fellowship, participation, sharing, communion.
The Holy Spirit isn’t merely a power to experience; He is a Person to know.
Prayer was never meant to be only requests, petitions, and needs. There is a place in prayer where we simply fellowship with Him—listening, worshiping, waiting in His presence, and becoming aware of what He is saying and doing.
You cannot consistently walk with Someone you rarely spend time with.
So before you reach for your phone tomorrow morning, reach for His presence.
