Cohort Spotlight: Tralee Shea
Tralee is part of our Develomark Cohort Program—and she’s been building a strong foundation across the tools, strategy, and client communication that drive real results.
So far, Tralee has been hands-on with new platforms like Duda and Airtable, while also learning key business-side skills like SEO fundamentals, creative briefs, and how to show up confidently on client calls with clear, professional communication.
One of her biggest takeaways: the difference between being valued vs. commoditized and why strategy + communication matter just as much as execution when serving a client.
Her favorite part so far has been getting real client experience while sharpening practical skills in website building and digital advertising.
Next up: creating advertisements for Handyman Express, one of our newest clients, as the cohort helps bring their website to life online.
