The following is dashcam footage of Incident #4 filmed on 05/12/2003 - commonly referred to as the “DETOUR” film. This footage has been declassified by the Special Affairs Program in accordance with FOIA Request #24-30-170. We hope that it brings increased public awareness to this ongoing danger. Motorists are encouraged to visit the SAP website for downloadable safety checklists for driving at night. Be Vigilant.
