Newly released body camera footage shows detectives in Lorton, Virginia, arresting a man who was wearing a mask from the “Scream” horror movie franchise. Fairfax County Police allege a surveillance operation connected the 22-year-old suspect to a “destruction spree” causing thousands of dollars in damage to a neighborhood community center.
