I am donating a guitar, so I thought I would take the opportunity to get it nicely detailed before it leaves. One step I like to take for that is a nice mar resistant wax. In this case, Mohawk has a product that is specifically designed for that, and creates a thin protective wax barrier much like you would see on a car.
