The good old destructive looping — a technique that truly shines on the THYME+. 💫
It's based on using the THYME+ as a looper, which you can achieve by turning the feedback all the way to the right. The loop length is then set using the COARSE and FINE knobs.
From there, you just feed audio into it — in our case, it's a PO-33 loaded with a variety of samples, but your setup might be more complex.
The real fun begins when you start destroying the loop by adding additional read heads, changing the loop length, or applying effects like a lowpass filter. With this setup, you can create entirely new textures — or even full tracks!
