Finally, after years of talks over many blue drinks and pints of Guinness, we have the long-awaited split EP between Canadian raw metal punks, ABSOLUT, and Richmond’s DESTRUCT. As the first new ABSOLUT vinyl release in many years, these three songs demonstrate the extreme, over-the-top metal punk à la The Clay or Ghoul that we have all grown to love and expect in their prolific catalog. Similarly, DESTRUCT continues to march forward in the maximum distortion style of their current NOISE ROOM era. Following both the Svaveldioxid split 7” and LIFE split 12”, this new EP was also shaped in collaboration with the prolific Tokyo recording studio. All sleeve artwork drawn by SUGI. The singular shared message from both bands is simple: DEAFEN AND DISARM. We look forward to a day that marks an end to Western imperialism, interventionism, and hegemony.
