Hello, listeners! It's me, the Drop0ff. After a few delays and five different renditions, the next request is up for eager ears, so let's get right to listening.
I composed the original DESTITUTIONE over five years ago; a track styled in the likeness of UNDERTALE's MEGALOVANIA, it opted to capture the melancholic atmosphere of a life-or-death face off against a beloved UNDERTALE character, Papyrus. It quickly became a fan favorite with hundreds of renditions flying off of shelves worldwide, but the truth is that I never did a complete release of the song; WIPs and snippets that I had put out over the years simply took on a life of their own, straying farther and farther from their doting, smiling, sunglassed father.
Until today.
Destitutione: Down To The Bone addresses the demands of its predecessor with utmost excellence. Immediately capturing a dark and nearly mirrored atmosphere to UNDERTALE's MEGALOVANIA encounter, you are soon introduced to a far more flexible landscape of sounds and instruments to capture the character of Papyrus and his far more emotionally moved soul. While your smashing drums, vicious bass, ringing vibraphones, and shining electric keys will keep UNDERTALE fans feeling right at home, a dazzling piano, empowering rock guitar, and even a passionate banjo will keep you guessing every step of the way. This is how it feels to be utterly disappointed in one's actions...
