- LEGENDARY WEAPONS AND ARMOR cannot be PURCHASED from vendors as pre-rolled pieces, but random engrams are allowed.
- LEGENDARY DROPS must be from PvP postgame rewards, PvP bounties and rank-up packages.
- EXOTIC WEAPONS AND ARMOR cannot be purchased from Xur, but can be obtained from random engrams via Three of Coin.
