This was my second attempt running Crota's End solo. It is not optimized or perfect, but neither would your first couple of runs likely be. This is to show you can mess up and make mistakes, and still get a flawless run. I hope this helps you out, or gives you some ideas to come up with your own way of doing it.
*At end when fighting Crota, using RB-RT-RB-RT sword swings, if timed right, will all land dealing half damage each time.*
Don't forget many of the achievements in this game are still glitched, and in order to get it to pop up, you may need to pause, tab right twice, and select switch user (not change character), then re-log in to the game with your account. I had to do this for mine to pop.
