Destiny 2 Faction Rallies were a failure. Faction Rally as an event idea wasn't bad on paper, but in Destiny 2 was implemented so poorly, at a time when the game was in a bad state. Destiny 1 had factions and were done excellently, however Bungie abandoned them after the first 3 seasons of Destiny 2 and they haven't made a return ever since Forsaken. Faction Rally Events will NEVER return to Destiny 2.
