Explanation: After you complete the Ascendant challenge step, you're supposed to search for 4 map fragments around the world with the help of some vague clues. Instead of doing that, you can save 20 minutes and 3 Queensfoil Tinctures by just visiting Petra and picking them up for free from "abandoned quests" instead. Hope this explains it.
