In this video, I will be showing you how to get to The Sacrarium from patrol, doesn't look like you can get here normally because it seems the circular door in the middle of the room cannot be opened, so you will need to glitch to The Sacrarium, and thanks to The Transgression area, there seems to be no barriers surrounding the map on the inside, so you can freely explore outside the map.
