If you're having trouble understanding the text in the video:
You get the enemy low (Finisher status) then you melee (wait 0.5 to 1 second) then press the finisher button, this will place the enemy in your hand and you can drag it anywhere you want (It does not carry over from planet to planet or load zone to load zone) This does work in Gambit also.
